Yoga Harmony

This week, while nurturing my body and spirit at Kripalu, I was reminded that yoga is not simply a posture or a practice. It is a way of being.

In the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna teaches that the true yogi lives in balance, acts without attachment, and sees the same Divine essence in all beings.

Yoga is not an escape from life but a deep return to it, a remembering of our inherent union with the sacred pulse that moves through everything.

This is also the essence of Harmony. Each of the Six Elements—Awareness, Commitment, Mastery, Service, Leadership, and Freedom—becomes a form of yoga when lived consciously. Every breath becomes a bridge. Every act becomes a reunion. Every moment becomes an invitation to wholeness.

As I rested in silence this week, I felt Harmony not as something to attain but as the frequency that arises when body, mind, and spirit remember their shared rhythm with the Divine.

Yoga is found not only on the mat but in how we live once we leave it. How might you bring Yoga Harmony into your daily practice of living?
